BCHBA membership is divided into four classifications, with different requirements:

Builder Membership

    Annual Membership Fee (3 membership in one:  Big Country Home Builders Association; the Texas Association of Builders and the National Association of Home Builders)  $397.00 plus Local Dues Assessment of $47.00 per quarter. Membership shall begin with the month of approval by local board of directors and expire on the last day of the 12th month thereafter.
Membership requirements: Must submit an application signed by a BCHBA member in good standing, sign a copy of the BCHBA Code of Ethics and must have built two (2) houses within the last two (2) years. Applicant must meet any necessary city, county and/or state requirements. For a current list of BCHBA builder members click here.

Associate Membership
    Annual Membership Fee (3-in-one: BCHBA, TAB & NAHB) $327.00 plus Local Dues Assessment of $47.00 per quarter. Membership shall begin with the month of approval by local board of directors and expire on the last day of the 12th month thereafter.
Membership requirements:  Must submit an application signed by a BCHBA member in good standing, sign a copy of the BCHBA Code of Ethics and must meet any necessary city, county and/or state requirements. For a current list of BCHBA associate members, click here.

Affiliate Membership
Annual Membership Fee (3-in-one: BCHBA, TAB & NAHB) $250.00 and includes the Local Dues Assessment. Membership shall begin with the month of approval by local board of directors and expire on the last day of the 12th month thereafter.
Membership requirements:  Must submit an application signed by a BCHBA member in good standing, sign a copy of the BCHBA Code of Ethics and must be employed by a current BCHBA member.  Applicant must meet any necessary city, county and/or state requirements. AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP is only available to ASSOCIATE MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING.

Retired members who made a large contribution to our industry, our community and the BCHBA.
